Biometric attendance, access control and CCTV in Tiruvallur district
Our Thiruverkadu office sits on the Chennai side of Tiruvallur district, so sites in Poonamallee, Avadi, Thirumazhisai and along the Bengaluru and Kolkata highways are among the easiest for our team to survey, install and service.
Areas we cover in and around Tiruvallur
Avadi, Poonamallee, Thiruverkadu, Thirumazhisai, Tiruvallur town, Kakkalur, Uthukottai, Gummidipoondi, Ponneri, Red Hills, Tiruttani, Pallipattu.
SEZs and industrial areas we serve in Tiruvallur
- SIPCOT Gummidipoondi Industrial Park and Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP)
- SIPCOT Thervoykandigai Industrial Park
- SIPCOT Mappedu Industrial Park
- SIPCOT Manallur Industrial Park and Electronic Manufacturing Cluster
- SIDCO industrial estates at Thirumazhisai and Kakkalur
For units inside SEZs, SIPCOT parks and industrial estates, we plan the work around the park and plant rules: gate passes, safety induction, permitted working hours and material entry. Share these with your enquiry so our technicians are cleared before the visit.
What sites in Tiruvallur usually need
Warehouses and logistics parks
Large sheds along the highways usually need contractor and staff attendance at the gate, a boom barrier for trucks, and CCTV that covers loading bays and the perimeter. We plan device positions around shift change, when the most people check in at once.
Factories in SIPCOT and industrial estates
Units in Gummidipoondi SIPCOT, Thirumazhisai and Kakkalur often run two or three shifts with contract labour. Face recognition terminals avoid the dusty or worn fingers that slow fingerprint readers, and multi-shift attendance reports go straight to payroll.
Schools and colleges
Campuses around Avadi, Poonamallee and Tiruvallur town use biometric staff attendance, RFID or face entry for hostels, and CCTV for corridors and gates.
Popular setups for Tiruvallur sites
- Face attendance terminals
- Boom barriers
- Turnstiles and flap barriers
- CCTV installation
- Door access control

Planning your visit and support
Being close to our Thiruverkadu office keeps travel to a minimum, which helps for site surveys, phased installations and AMC preventive visits. For Tiruttani and Pallipattu, share the address first so we can plan the visit and confirm travel terms in the quote.
Our state-wide experience includes a 2024 attendance rollout for TAHDCO, connecting its Teynampet head office with district-level locations through one web-based attendance system.

Questions from Tiruvallur customers
Do you install biometric attendance machines in Avadi and Poonamallee?
Yes. These areas are close to our Thiruverkadu office. Share the site address, staff count and preferred device type and we will confirm a survey or installation date.
Can you install a boom barrier at a warehouse gate in Gummidipoondi?
Yes. We need the lane width, truck and car traffic, power availability at the gate and whether you want RFID, remote or loop-detector operation. See our eSSL boom barrier range for arm lengths.
Can contractor workers and staff use the same attendance system?
Yes. Attendance software can keep contractors and employees in separate groups with their own shifts and reports, while they use the same terminals.
Do you offer AMC for existing machines in Tiruvallur district?
Yes. Tell us the model numbers and how many devices you have. We check the system before agreeing visit frequency, response terms and exclusions.
