Biometric attendance, access control and CCTV in Vellore
Vellore and its neighbours, Ranipet and Tirupattur districts, combine large hospitals and colleges with leather, footwear and engineering units. We plan these installations from our Thiruverkadu office in west Chennai, close to the Chennai–Bengaluru highway that runs to Vellore.
Areas we cover in and around Vellore
Vellore city, Katpadi, Gudiyatham, Pernambut, Ranipet, Walajapet, Arcot, Arakkonam, Sholinghur, Ambur, Vaniyambadi.
SEZs and industrial areas we serve in Vellore
- SIPCOT Ranipet Industrial Park, including its multi-sector and engineering SEZs
- SIPCOT Panapakkam Industrial Park, including the leather and footwear cluster SEZ
- Ambur and Vaniyambadi leather and footwear clusters
For units inside SEZs, SIPCOT parks and industrial estates, we plan the work around the park and plant rules: gate passes, safety induction, permitted working hours and material entry. Share these with your enquiry so our technicians are cleared before the visit.
What sites in Vellore usually need
Hospitals and medical colleges
Hospitals need staff attendance across many shifts, access control for pharmacies, ICUs and records rooms, and CCTV for entrances and wards. Face terminals avoid touch points in clinical areas.
Leather, footwear and engineering units
Units in Ranipet, Ambur and Vaniyambadi often have large shift workforces and contract labour. Robust attendance terminals in metal enclosures stand up to factory conditions.
Colleges and universities
Large campuses need multi-location attendance reports, hostel entry, and RFID or face access for labs and libraries.

Planning your visit and support
For Vellore-region projects, tell us whether it is a new installation, an expansion or service on an existing system, and share all site addresses at the start. The quote states which work is done on site and which can be supported remotely.
Our state-wide experience includes a 2024 attendance rollout for TAHDCO, connecting its Teynampet head office with district-level locations through one web-based attendance system.

Questions from Vellore customers
Do you supply biometric attendance machines in Vellore and Katpadi?
Yes. We supply and install eSSL fingerprint and face attendance terminals and set up the attendance software.
Can one attendance system cover branches in Vellore, Ranipet and Chennai?
Yes. Web-based or networked attendance software can collect punches from several locations into one set of reports.
Do you provide service for existing eSSL machines in Vellore?
Yes. Share the model and the problem. Some issues can be resolved remotely; others need a visit, which we plan and confirm in advance.
Which device suits a hospital?
Face recognition is usually preferred in clinical areas because staff do not have to touch the device. We confirm the model after checking lighting and mounting positions.
