Smart Bio Nexus handles sales, installation, support and maintenance enquiries from its Thiruverkadu office and Mogappair West office. These are our two office locations. Work outside Chennai is planned from these offices, with availability and costs confirmed for the particular project.
Regional planning
For Chennai and neighbouring Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur sites, send the exact site location and preferred visit window so travel and assessment can be planned. For Vellore, Ranipet and Cuddalore enquiries, include whether you need a new installation, an expansion or service on an existing system. Puducherry enquiries follow the same assessment process; it is a separate union territory.
For other Tamil Nadu districts or a multi-location requirement, tell us all the site locations at the start. The proposal will specify which work can be handled remotely and which needs an onsite visit. A regional enquiry does not imply a local branch or an immediate service commitment.
What to send for a useful quotation
- District, town, postcode and the installation address.
- System type: attendance, door access, CCTV or gate and barrier automation.
- Staff, door, camera or lane count, plus site photos where useful.
- Existing device models, software and the problem to be solved.
- Your preferred installation window and any access restrictions.
Agree the visit and support terms.
Before booking, confirm equipment availability, travel or delivery charges, site preparation, software licensing and installation responsibilities. For maintenance, agree the covered devices, preventive visits, response terms and spares exclusions in writing.
